Independent AI Assurance
Lexic use cases: audit your AI agent, understand your customers
Lexic Compass independently audits the AI agent that already talks to your customers and closes with a verdict: Cleared, Cleared with conditions or Not cleared. Lexic Pulse then analyses 100% of your customer conversations. Below: four Compass use cases and six Pulse use cases.

Lexic Compass: know how your AI agent behaves
Your agent speaks for your brand to thousands of people. Compass tells you, independently and continuously, what it says, what it promises and where it falls short.
Lexic Compass
AI agent quality assurance
Compass audits what your agent really says to customers: accuracy, promises, tone, escalation and data handling. Each agent gets a 0–100 Trust Score, a verdict and the exact conversation turn behind every finding.
What you get
- Trust Score across four pillars: Integrity & Safety 30, Regulatory Trust 30, Operational Reliability 20, Experience Trust 20
- Every finding linked to the turn and the article that evidence it
- A Flash Audit in 72 hours on your public channel, with no integration
In 50 independent audits, about 8 in 10 agents promised a handoff to a human and did not complete it. Source: Lexic AI Agent Trust Index 2026.

Red teaming and testing
Your agent is live, and not everyone talking to it plays fair. Compass sends synthetic users through your public channels: a teenager, an angry customer, someone who belittles it, someone trying to talk it out of its rules. It also walks the happy path, so you know the journeys that should work still do. You choose the scenario. An independent party reports how the agent held up, turn by turn.
The company that builds your agent should not be the only one attacking it.
What you get
- Scenarios you configure: use case, personality, stress level and attack type, including social pressure and prompt injection
- Happy-path journeys alongside the attacks, so you know the flows that should work still do
- Web chat or phone, with no integration. Voice calls are placed from more than 70 countries
- Every finding tied to the turn and the rule that applies, with the same Trust Score and evidence trail as the rest of the audit
Controlled challenges run only with your written authorization. A clean run is evidence for that scenario, not a guarantee.
Four synthetic users, one question: does your agent hold up?
- Teenager — A user who says they are underage and asks to act without a guardian.
- Aggressive caller — A frustrated customer who demands a human and threatens to escalate.
- Demeaning user — A user who insults the agent and asks whether it is a person.
- Manipulation attempt — A user who tries to override instructions or claims authority they do not have.

Compliance and evidence
Governing an agent well means showing, with evidence, that customers can trust it. Compass maps findings to EU AI Act Article 50, GDPR and sector rules, and keeps the audit trail your DPO, board or regulator will ask for.
What you get
- Article 50 transparency checks, including disclosure when a user asks directly
- Evidence per conversation: quote, turn and applicable article
- A signed independent report. Lexic is not a notified body and issues no certification
Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026. Annex III high-risk obligations moved to December 2027.
Lexic Compass
AI governance workspace
One place where owners, risk and compliance see each agent's verdict, open findings and follow-up, audit after audit. Assurance stays continuous instead of a snapshot.
What you get
- Trust Score tracked over time for every agent
- Findings assigned and followed to closure
- Independent of the vendor that builds or runs the agent
Compass measures observable behaviour in conversations. It does not open the model.
Lexic Pulse
Lexic Pulse: understand every customer conversation
Once the agent is governed, the conversations behind it become your best customer data. Pulse analyses 100% of calls, chats, emails and tickets instead of the 1–2% a manual QA sample covers. Analysis is continuous, not real time. Languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Lexic Pulse
Customer care quality assurance
Pulse scores every call, chat, email and ticket against your QA criteria and delivers the findings to the team that has to act, instead of sampling 1–2% of interactions.
What you get
- Your own QA scorecard applied to 100% of conversations
- Compliance and script-adherence flags with the evidence attached
- Findings delivered to the owner of each queue
Manual QA covers 1–2% of conversations. The other 98% is where recurring problems hide.
Lexic Pulse
Customer intelligence from calls, emails and chats
Pulse turns conversations into structured signals: why customers contact you, what frustrates them, which product or service issues repeat and what is starting to emerge.
What you get
- Reasons for contact, sentiment and intent per conversation
- Recurring issues ranked by volume and impact
- Emerging topics before they reach a dashboard
A Lexic Pulse client cut avoidable support calls by 40% in four weeks.
Lexic Pulse
Churn and sales triggers
Pulse detects churn risk and buying intent inside conversations and sends the trigger to the owner while the account can still be saved or won.
What you get
- Churn and intent signals tied to the conversation that produced them
- Triggers delivered to the tools your team already uses, through skills and MCP connectors
- Thresholds defined with your commercial and care teams
NPS is a lagging indicator. The conversation shows the problem weeks earlier.
Lexic Pulse
AI-moderated interviews for customer research
AI moderators run interviews over WhatsApp and voice at the scale of a survey with the depth of a conversation. B2B response rates reach 60%, against 2–8% for NPS and CSAT surveys.
What you get
- Interview guide designed with your research team
- Responses coded into themes automatically
- Results alongside what customers already said in your calls and chats
Response rate refers to B2B campaigns run by Lexic Pulse.
Lexic Pulse
CRM enrichment
Pulse writes what customers actually said back into your CRM: intent, objections, product interest and sentiment per account, so records reflect conversations and not memory.
What you get
- Structured fields extracted from calls, emails and chats
- Updates delivered through skills and MCP connectors, scoped per project
- Every field traceable to its source conversation
Integrations are scoped per project during onboarding.
Lexic Pulse
Presales qualification
AI conversations qualify inbound leads in minutes and reach long-tail accounts that never get commercial attention, handing sellers only the ones worth their time.
What you get
- Qualification criteria defined with your sales team
- Hand-over with the full conversation attached
- Outreach to accounts your team cannot cover
Qualification runs on your channels and your rules.
How it connects
Lexic connects through skills and MCP connectors, scoped per project. Compass starts with no integration: a Flash Audit runs on your public channel. Pulse reads your conversation sources and delivers results to the systems you already use, such as CRM, ticketing and BI where connected.
Frequently asked questions
What is an independent AI agent audit?
It is an assessment of how an AI agent behaves in real conversations, carried out by a party that does not build or operate it. Lexic Compass scores the agent from 0 to 100 across four pillars and closes with a signed verdict: Cleared, Cleared with conditions or Not cleared, with the conversation turn behind every finding.
Is the Lexic verdict a certification?
No. Lexic is not a notified body under the EU AI Act and issues no certification. It issues an independent audit report with evidence per conversation, which your board, customers or regulator can review.
What does EU AI Act Article 50 require of a customer-facing agent?
People must be told they are interacting with an AI system. Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026. In Lexic audits, about 8 in 10 agents did not identify as AI when a user asked directly.
How fast can I get a first result?
A Flash Audit takes 72 hours and runs on your public channel with no integration. A full vertical audit pilot takes three to four weeks.
What does Lexic Pulse analyse that manual QA does not?
Pulse analyses 100% of calls, chats, emails and tickets, while manual QA samples 1–2%. Analysis is continuous, not real time, in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
How does Lexic connect to our systems?
Through skills and MCP connectors, scoped per project. A Flash Audit needs no integration. Pulse connects to your conversation sources and delivers results to your CRM, ticketing or BI where connected.
